  • Uploaded GEDCOM files are processed temporarily to render your charts and are automatically deleted after 30 days.

  • Uploaded GEDCOM files are stored securely and deleted automatically after 30 days without requiring any action on your part.
  • Generated chart files (previews and print-ready files) are retained only as long as necessary to fulfill your order.
  • We do not analyze, mine, commercialize, or share the genealogical data in your GEDCOM files with advertisers or third parties for any secondary purpose.

3. Order Information and Third-Party Sharing

To process purchases and run our business, we collect contact details, billing addresses, and payment confirmation. We share data with third parties strictly under the following operational categories:

  • Operational & Fulfillment Partners: We work with select third parties to handle payment processing (e.g., Stripe), cloud infrastructure, error monitoring, transactional email delivery, and print production/shipping. These providers receive only the customer data necessary to perform their specific function (such as delivery addresses for physical print shipments) and are contractually prohibited from using your data for independent purposes.
